This project is a demonstration of Nexlink Groups’ experience in the combination of steel precision engineering with modern design for internal and external fit outs. Architecturally designed as a luxurious open-air courtyard, the building project celebrates architecture, nature, and construction — the balance of strength and serenity. The craftsmanship is evident throughout the entire structure, thanks to Nexlink’s in-house steel fabrication team and custom fit-out companies in UAE. From the pergola and beams, the flooring and interior transitions - each element is the synergy of design, purpose, durability, and aesthetics. Key Highlights: Structural Design: The steel pergola and frame have been designed in a high grade steel which will hold up extremely well in Dubai and requires little maintenance. Fit-Out Quality: The courtyard is fitted out with custom natural wood decking, rattan furniture, landscaping and feature lighting to create an atmosphere of comfort and recreation to resemble that of an outdoor experience. Sustainable Engineering: The sustainable materials and coatings were sourced to lessen the potential for rusting and impact on the environment. Seamless Connectivity: The designed transitions for connectivity from the indoor living area to the outdoor courtyard by using full height glass walls needs no effort to capture the connectivity of natural daylight and fresh air.
