This project is a prime example of Nexlink Groups’ capability of combining structural steel precision, contemporary architectural design, and interior fit out. We delivered a sleek and high-end corporate reception that exemplifies high-end design and brand equity. 

As one of the leading steel construction companies in Dubai and one of the trusted fit out companies in UAE, Nexlink designed and delivered this space for a corporate client by representing minimalism, functionality, and luxury through crafted details and design led solutions.

The reception interweaves contemporary architectural form, natural textures, and purposeful lighting design to achieve a professional yet inviting space that embodies the modern day office typology.

Structural Support:

The reception desk and adjacent frame utilize a hidden steel substructure to provide ample longevity, support, and a clean finish for detailing.

High-End Fit-Out Detailing:

Custom terrazzo base counters, fluted ceiling panels, and matte finish walls were included to accentuate the modern industrial style. Every product – down to the spacing of the ceiling slats to the shelves – was measured, fabricated, and installed by Nexlink's in-house fit-out team.
